Successful Blogging Resources – Week 2 – “Where’s my Money, Man?”

So if you haven’t already – go read the  first post in the series, and get a blog online for yourself. Want a cheap blog? Well then go to BlixHost and get one for a buck a month (Ohey look product placement – go me!)

So now that your blog is online – I wanted to share these links to all sorts of reputable ad agencies to make sure that you can make at least a tiny biut of cash off of them. I can guarantee that you’ll at least make enough to cover your hosting.

Again, I’m not going to spoon feed you through using these services, but I did 60% of the work for you just finding them!

 

Banner and Text Advertising PPT/PPC
The way these sites work are simply by acting as a broker for advertising. You place the ad on your website, and you get payed when it’s viewed/clicked. These sites are meant for people with blogs, or websites that they can earn from.

The top PPC sites are as follows….

1. Google Adsense - High payout. By far the best ad network ever. Note that they have a pretty intense screening process. But check out this post to see how much can actually be made.

2. Adbrite - Medium high payout with an instant approval. I’ve used them in the past, but only because I was monetizing content that Google wouldn’t allow. (Spoiler alert – it was a website that contained pictures of boonies)

3. Clicksor - Lower payout, more ad options. PayPal Payments. Clicksor is great because they offer full page interstitials, and they can convert inline text (like you are reading right now) into ads.
4. Bidvertiser - No ad options, medium high payouts. PayPal Payments. Bidvertiser is great because their minimum payout is 10 dollars. That’s hard to come by.

Link Advertising
A lot of people think that link advertising methods are nonprofessional. They are, however for a teenage/ entry level web entrepreneur it can be monetized in so many different ways. Basically all you do is place links all over. The more people click your links, the more money you get.

The best link sites are….

1. Linkbucks - Medium payout, numerous redirects, allows adult content. Payments by PayPal.

2. Adfly - Higher payouts, numerous ad options, very easy to monetize, and works as a link shortening service like Bit.ly. But better.  This is the one I use for a lot of stuff.

CPA – “Cost Per Action”
We’ve all been to those websites where you have to work your ass off doing surveys to get what you want. Have you ever wondered where those surveys come from? They are from CPA Access sites. This is currently the highest paying Ad division on the market, with it’s top earners making millions of dollars a year.
I myself make over 400 dollars a month from CPA Sites.

The best CPA Sites are…

1. CPALead - Payment through paypal or check. Lots of ads, “easy” money. Big marketers on this site make upwards of 4 grand a month. Read my gull review of CPALead here.

2. AdultAccessNow - The Adult version of CPA Lead if you wanna make booby ads.

3. Adscend Media - High Payout, but a lack of widgets. This can be used as a secondary CPA ad site.

Successful Blogging Resources – Week 1

Hey internet. After some time in the blog game, I feel that I have “Mastered” WordPress monetizing and starting today, I am going to begin sharing my library of resources on the subject. Today I want to focus on SEO, Design, and Viral marketing.

WordPress SEO
SEO with WordPress is so easy that I actually don’t even see it anymore as SEO; but rather more as a series of steps. As we all know, for Google to pick up on your website, you need to have links on other websites. So… why not other wordpress blogs? This brings us to our first file… a list of 50k WordPress Blogs with comments that auto approve.

But hey – what’s the use of being in the big G if your website won’t hit virality? We all know viral traffic is the most profitable, which brings us to the next file on our list… the “Tiny Facebook App”. Design, Cleanliness, and Ease of Usability
Everyone who visits your blog does not want to deal with buillshit. Which is why we want very clean, very shine, non-bullshit themes and templates.

Below is a download with a pack of graphic templates for glass buttons. These are very nice and appealing to the eyes. Simple graphics like this can covert users more than a simple link.

Blog themes are another thing that will make your users stay or leave. The more simple, the better. And the more clean the better. Below is a download to some themes that use up to date HTML and CSS and are clean and sleek.

This last download is not necessarily a blog plugin or theme, but I have programmed it in to a number of apps I’ve made. This is an Ajax uploader that uploads an image using Jquery. It’s very smooth and very clean and will make your users want to use your service.

New CPALead Monetization Project – Digital Currencies

Hey guys! Aaron here, back with a new script/website that I’ve built :D

The domain is rsgold4surveys.com

The idea
Give users free RuneScape gold for completing surveys on the website. Users can cash out for free RS gold after completing free surveys.

This website uses CPALead ads and a custom callback script I wrote all bundled into what I think is a sleek design (It would be best to speed up the design, a little more)

Profitability
My vision is to profit by shaving a few cents off of each advertising survey completed, and eventually using PPC advertising.

To Do list
-Clean up the design to accomidate faster loading
-Add more in depth facebook integration (Preferably posting to users walls after they sign up, allowing facebook registration, etc)
-SEO changes to content and tags

We’ve all heard of CPA Advertising, but there’s very few resources online that allow us to harness the power of CPA. CPALead.com – A Las Vegas based company brings this power to every webmaster’s fingertips.

To understand the true power and revenue stream that CPA advertising can bring, it’s best to understand the concepts. CPA stands for “Cost Per Action”. This term is online advertising  lingo that basically says that advertisers pay only if a user interacts with heir product or service.
CPA is best known for surveys (ie: Which do you prefer – Pepsi, or Coke?). We see them all the time, we just never knew what they were called.

Since the rules are more strict, the payout is much more higher. Usually anywhere from .85 to 20 bucks per user interaction. With 100 users a day, your looking at a payout of 85 bucks minimum, but most likely 200+ dollars a day.

How it works
2 dollar click pays you 2 dollars to look at advertisements. There are usually 7 new advertisements a day. This means that you make 14 dollars a day, no questions asked.

The more people you refer, the more money you make – you make half of what your referrals do. Just by doing nothing.

The catch
Yes, the profits are huge – but you need 1,000 dollars to cash out. They’ll pay you directly to PayPal – 1000 dollars cash.
